How to use a lined paper background (or other) in my handwritten Pencil notes?

You can add a page with a lined paper (or other patterns like squares, etc) on .

Open a Pencil Note document, tap the "+" button then tap again the new "+" button on the left. (Screenshot 1)

You can use 2 options here:

1- Use the "Add New Page" then choose the lined page background. You can choose to create one or more blank pages with the lined background (Screenshot 2).

2- Use the "Choose Template" option then choose a lined paper. There are several there (Screenshot 3).
