How to change the interface language of Notes Writer?

 

You can change the keyboard and menu language very easily. You can also set several languages on your keyboard to type in different languages simultaneously.

If you are using iOS 13 or higher, there is a new setting to change the default language of each app. Open Settings app then tap the "Notes Writer" icon on the left panel and set the language for the app.
