1. Open Files app, go to “On my iPad” location
2. Tap an app folder (you can see the app icon inside the folder icon), select a folder (just long tap a couple of seconds the folder icon then choose “copy” option, go to “Notes Writer Pro” app folder)
3. Browse to where you want to copy the copied folder then long tap until you see the “Paste” menu
4. Choose Paste and you will see how the folder is copied.
Open Notes Writer Pro and you will see the new folder with your documents there on the “On my iPad” location.

I asked about "In Files app" location in TextEdit+. The article is about moving files in the Files app which I already knew about. It is OK for that.
